Libby and Connor’s engagement session was my final shoot for 2019.  It was a late fall shoot and we seriously timed it perfectly as the very next day, a cold front came in and caused all the leaves to completely fall from the trees.  You never know in Texas, things could stay gorgeous all the way  into of December or they could fall early, and this year they sure did!  But thankfully, their session was glorious!  Almost summer-like!

Their session was particularly special to me because, if you know me, you know that Libby is my girl and now Connor is my newest son.  I am writing this in the summer following their session which also, is after their beautiful summer wedding!  They are so easy to photograph as they have the best chemistry together.  That stands to reason as they have been friends since Junior High and sweethearts since high school.

We started this session in our neighborhood park because it is special to Libby as she grew up here and then finished at the Dallas Arboretum.  We found the most enchanting spot with perfect light and finished the session in front of White Rock Lake with the filter building in the background.  It was such a special session to me.  Enjoy some of my absolute favorites!
